Invoice​
I will issue an invoice based on the script content, etc. as soon as the necessary items are finalised.
If there are any changes in the number of characters, please contact me by e-mail.
As a general rule, once an invoice has been issued, changes to the invoice amount will not be accepted.

Payment Timeline
It is usually requested of first-time clients to pay in advance via bank transfer or paypal.
I will provide you with an invoice about a week before the start of translation, and deliver the finalised work after confirming payment.

Incomplete scripts
・If I find that the script is not complete at the time of your request, I will charge you an additional fee of 3000 yen to secure a reservation for you.

・I may decline your request if I deem that the script violates NG items, is not within my field of expertise, or is otherwise time-consuming. In such cases, please note that the reservation fee will not be refunded.

・Please note that the quotation will be provided only after I receive the script. If you do not agree to our estimate and cancel the reservation, no refund will be made.

・Please submit the script at least 1 month prior to the delivery date.

Past this, I may cancel your request if the promised delivery date cannot be met. Please keep in mind that no refunds will be made for such cases as well. 　

　

 

   I humbly request for the above-mentioned because there have been many cases in which contact is lost with the clients after I have secured their slot. I hereby seek for your kind understanding and cooperation.
